Are these reviews real?

Yes. Every review is collected by Loox, an independent third-party review platform. Loox only sends review requests to customers who have placed and received an order. Reviews are tied to verified purchases.

Can you delete a bad review?

No. We do not moderate reviews for content. If a customer leaves a low-star or critical review, it remains visible. The only reviews that can be removed are those that contain personal information, abusive language, or content that violates Loox's terms of service, and that decision is made by Loox, not by us.

Why is the average rating so high?

The average rating reflects the experience of customers who chose to leave a review. The underlying sole trader business has been operating since 2008, and the formula contains only four ingredients - Maca from Peru, Panax Ginseng from Korea, Damiana from Mexico, and Ginkgo Biloba. Customers who like it tend to come back, and many leave a review when invited. We also offer a sample pack so people can try the product before committing to a larger order, which means fewer customers buy without knowing if it suits them.

What if I had a different experience?

Herbal supplements work differently for different people. Individual factors like age, general health, diet, hydration, and other medications all play a role. After your order is delivered, Loox will email you with an invitation to review the product. The email comes from Loox, not from us. You can submit a star rating, written feedback, and an optional photo. Reviews are published once they pass Loox's automated checks.
