Common questions about how we ship Stamina for Men®.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 7 to 14 business days from dispatch to all destinations worldwide. Orders are dispatched within one business day of payment. Weekends and public holidays do not count as business days.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Free worldwide shipping applies to the Single Pack, Buy 3 Get 1 Free Pack, and Buy 5 Get 2 Free Pack. The Sample Pack ships at a flat USD $4.50 worldwide to cover postage and filter out bot orders.
Do you ship to my country?
Stamina for Men® ships worldwide from Australia. The same shipping rate and delivery window apply to all destinations. You are responsible for compliance with your own country's import rules for herbal supplements. If unsure, check with your local customs office before ordering.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging with no Stamina for Men® logo, no product name, and no indication of contents on the outside. The return address is a generic Australian business address.
What happens if my parcel is lost or delayed?
If your order has not arrived after 14 business days from dispatch, email orders@staminaformen.com and we will investigate. See our refund and replacement policy for what happens if a parcel is confirmed lost in transit. Note that we cannot reimburse parcels marked as delivered by the carrier.
What if I entered the wrong address?
We ship to the address you provide and cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect, we can reship to a corrected address. A re-ship fee of USD $15 applies to cover postage. We will email you with payment instructions before re-shipping.
