These terms govern your use of this website and the purchase of products from Stamina for Men®. By browsing or buying from this site, you accept these terms in full.

Stamina for Men® is operated by Greg Berryman, sole trader, ABN 83 951 623 827, of 33 Princes Street, Port Melbourne VIC 3207, Australia. In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to that business. "You" and "your" refer to the visitor or customer.

If you do not accept these terms, do not use this website or place an order.

Who we are and what we sell

We sell one herbal supplement formula in multiple pack sizes. The formula contains Maca (Peru), Panax Ginseng (Korea), Damiana (Mexico), and Ginkgo Biloba. Made in Australia, shipped worldwide. Full brand history at About Us.

This product is a herbal supplement, not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. See our medical disclaimer for the full statement on use, contraindications, and when to consult a doctor.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to use this site or place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You must not use this site or our products for any unlawful purpose, and you must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction when using either.

How orders work

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy at the prices and on the terms shown. Your order is accepted when we send order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, in which case any payment taken is refunded in full.

We may decline or cancel orders that appear to be placed by resellers, that exceed reasonable personal-use quantities, or that we suspect are fraudulent.

You are responsible for providing accurate name, shipping address, billing address, email address, and phone number where requested. We are not liable for failed delivery or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information you provide at checkout.

Pricing and currency

All prices on this site are quoted and processed in US Dollars (USD). The Beast Currency Converter tool may display prices in other currencies for reference only. Your card or payment provider will convert at their current exchange rate at the point of charge.

We may change prices at any time without prior notice. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed at checkout when you place the order.

Payment

Checkout is processed by Shopify and certified payment processors. We accept all major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Payment card data is handled directly by the payment processor and is never stored on our servers. See our privacy policy for full detail on data handling.

Shipping and delivery

Orders are dispatched within one business day from Port Melbourne, Australia. Delivery is 7 to 14 business days from dispatch, depending on destination.

Sample Pack orders ship at a flat $4.50 worldwide to cover postage. Single Pack, Buy 3 Get 1 Free, and Buy 5 Get 2 Free orders ship free worldwide.

Refunds and returns

Our refund policy is set out in full at refund policy. We respond to all refund claims within one business day of receipt. The refund policy forms part of these terms.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Use of this website

You may not:

• Use this site or our products for any unlawful purpose
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code through this site
• Attempt to access, scrape, or extract data from this site by automated means
• Reproduce, copy, sell, or resell any portion of this site or its content without our written permission
• Use the site to harass, abuse, or harm any other person
• Submit false or misleading information when placing an order or contacting us

We may suspend or terminate your access to this site if you breach these rules.

"Stamina for Men®" is a registered trade name. All site content (text, images, design, schema, product descriptions) is owned by Greg Berryman or used under licence. You may not reproduce or republish site content without prior written permission, except for limited personal, non-commercial reference.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and conditions other than those that cannot be excluded.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, however arising.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Greg Berryman, trading as Stamina for Men®, from any claim, demand, loss, or damage (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third party right.

Force majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, pandemic, government action, postal carrier failure, or interruption of internet or payment processing infrastructure.

Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia and the courts competent to hear appeals from those courts.

If you are a consumer in another country, you retain the protection of mandatory consumer law provisions in your country of residence.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remaining provisions continue in full force.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The current version is always available at this URL. Material changes apply prospectively to orders placed after the change. Your continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
