Refund Policy

This policy explains when Stamina for Men® issues a refund or sends a replacement. Read it before you order so you know exactly where you stand.

The headline: we cover orders that arrive damaged and orders confirmed lost in transit. We do not cover change of mind, results that vary from person to person, or shipments held up by customs.

When You Are Covered

Damaged on arrival. Your pack or capsules show physical damage when the parcel reaches you. Email us within 30 days of receipt with a clear photograph of the damage and we will refund or replace.

Confirmed lost in transit. Your parcel has not arrived within the standard 7 to 14 business day delivery window and our fulfilment team or the carrier classes it as lost. Email us within 30 days of dispatch and we will refund or replace.

Please wait the full 7 to 14 business days before lodging a lost-in-transit claim. Most parcels reported missing in the first week turn up.

When You Are Not Covered

We do not issue refunds in any of the following circumstances:

• Change of mind. If you no longer want the product after ordering, the order is final once dispatched.
• Results did not match expectations. Herbal supplements work differently for every person. Stamina for Men® is sold on the basis of the formula and the traditional use of its herbs, not on guaranteed individual outcomes. See our usage guidelines.
• Late delivery within the published window. Anything inside the 7 to 14 business day range is on-time, not late.
• Incorrect address supplied at checkout. Check the address before you confirm the order. Because we offer free worldwide shipping on full-size packs, an address error means we cover postage twice if you want the parcel re-sent. A USD $15 re-ship fee applies, invoiced separately by email. Parcels returned to sender that are not re-shipped do not qualify for a refund.
• Customs seizure or detention. Stamina for Men® ships worldwide but you are responsible for compliance with your own country's import rules. We are not liable for parcels held, inspected, or destroyed by customs. See our shipping policy.
• Delivery refused at the door. If you refuse the parcel when the carrier attempts delivery, the order is not refundable. Postage on full-size packs is paid by us under our free worldwide shipping offer, and a refused parcel cannot reliably be recovered for resale.

How to Lodge a Claim

Email orders@staminaformen.com with the subject line Refund Claim and include:

• The name on the order
• Your order number
• A short note describing the issue (damaged or lost)
• For damaged orders, a clear photograph of the damage

We aim to respond within one business day. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Replacements are dispatched at no charge to the customer.

Do Not Send the Product Back

If your order arrives damaged, please do not return the pack. We do not require it back and unrequested returns cannot be processed. Keep the damaged item, send us the photograph, and we will handle the rest from our end.

Delivery Window

Stamina for Men® ships worldwide in plain, unbranded packaging. Standard delivery takes 7 to 14 business days from dispatch. International parcels may pass through customs in your destination country and occasional delays are normal. Please allow the full window before contacting us about a missing parcel. Your Statutory Rights

This policy sits alongside the consumer guarantees you have under Australian Consumer Law and equivalent legislation in your country of residence. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under those laws.
